05.12.2025 LISTEN TO w/ DJ Swella (House) DJ-Abend
DJ Swella released his debut 12” EP in late 2022, which soon became a sought after record.Simply titled ‘DJ Swella EP’, it reflected his love of raw house music, was released on his ownlabel ‘Pleasure Trax’ and self distributed. After the first pressing quickly sold out, mainly in hishome country Australia, Rotterdam’s Clone Distribution reached out and secured a re-press todistribute throughout the UK, Europe, America and the rest of the Northern Hemisphere. The re-press, stocked at stores such as Phonica and Juno, also quickly sold out.His follow up EP, ‘DJ Swella EP 2’, was released in July 2024, once again quickly sold out worldwide and has since been re-pressed multiple times.DJ Swella’s music has featured on various platforms such as radio stations NTS, Kiosk Radio &PBSFM as well as go-to Youtube channels Gazzz696 & Maslow Unknown.As a DJ, his sets traverse from providing a nod to the roots of New York, Chicago and Detroit toan array of gems from around the globe. Flowing seamlessly between variations of house,whether it be deep and soulful or uplifting, to disco, Italo, boogie & funk, he loves nothing morethan connecting with the dancers in front of him.With his next EP due for release on Clone Royal Oak in early 2026, DJ Swella is excited for wherethis momentum will take him.

Gregor Samsa ist Produzent und DJ aus Hamburg. Seine Liebe für minimalistischen und treibenden House spiegelt sich in seinen Sets wieder, die sich durch tiefe Basslines, verspielte Percussions und atmosphärische Layer auszeichnen. Ein Klangbild, das sich eher offenbart als aufdrängt. In seinen DJ-Sets wie in seinen Produktionen geht es ihm weniger um Eskalation als um Kontinuität und Sog.
Im letzten Jahr lag sein Fokus verstärkt auf der Studioarbeit. Die ersten Releases sind für 2025 geplant. Sein Sound ist jedoch schon heute in Form von sorgfältig kuratierten DJ-Sets erlebbar, die auf Reduktion, Fluss und Tiefenarbeit setzen. Dabei versteht er Clubmusik als funktionale Kunstform – präzise, wirkungsvoll, kompromisslos klar.

Born in Frankfurt, now rooted in Hamburg, Holger’s journey is etched in grooves - on vinyl sleeves worn by time and nights scored by House, Deep House, Minimal, and Breaks, all tinged with the swagger of HipHop and the spirit of HipHouse.
A tireless curator and digger, Holger doesn’t chase trends - he tunes into undercurrents, letting intuition lead the way. His livestream series absolutely on music is a love letter to the culture: intimate, analog, and deeply felt. Set in atmospheres as warm as the records spun - be it the hallowed halls of DBH Music’s Frankfurt warehouse or the well-worn bins of Kimchi Records and Elevate in Berlin - the series has welcomed icons like Cinthie and Meat, vinyl vanguard Robert Drewek, selector’s selector Matt Schildger, and a wave of underground mainstays including Anderson, Natebytheway, and DJ Zurückbleiben Bitte.
For Holger, it’s never just about playing music - it’s about creating space for it to breathe, resonate, and remind us why we fell in love with it in the first place.

Zwei junge Hamburger verlieben sich in den Sound der Stadt, verirren sich im Chaos der Nacht, finden an der Haltestelle U Yorkstraße wieder zusammen und beschließen in einem Club beim Kottbusser Tor ein Live-Techno-Projekt zu gründen. So richtig realisiert wurde diese Idee leider nie... aber alle Jubeljahre verkabeln Kai Salander und Timo Grimm ihre Drummachines und Synthesizer und tauchen in einem Live-Impro-Set in einen Klangkosmos aus Techno, Minimal und Ambient ein. Nächster Halt: das EG im Haus 73.

Starting out during the deep house era 2012 on a student dorm balcony in Greifswald two individuals formed their love for electronic music. Eventhough time and space has separated them for quite a while they never forgot their roots to which they will be returning this evening.
Expect funky, heartfelt deep house tunes spiced with some personal notes they developed on their individual journey.
